Pricing is based on the size/ squarefootage of the property. We also have "extras"/ additional services that you may add to the cleaning package for an additional fee such as interior window cleaning & appliance cleaning.

EverClean Homes is extremely flexible and available for cleanings 7 days a week. We have day appointments but you may also book late afternoon and night cleanings.

We do not have a service agreement contract in place but we will send you a confirmation email once you book a cleaning service with us. The confirmation email will contain a cleaning checklist, scope of work, and price among other details.

Be sure to have your property completely vacant before our cleaning crews arrive. This will allow the cleaning team to access all areas of the home. Also, our cleaning team will arrive with cleaning supplies and tools needed for the cleaning. You do NOT need to supply any cleaning supplies UNLESS you want us to use a specific product/cleaning solution. You must notify the office and cleaning team if you wish for us to use your cleaning product.
